Refund policy

WARRANTY 
OneUp Components offers a one year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defect in materials and workmanship to the original owner. As long as the products have been subject to normal use and proper setup we have no problems repairing or replacing your product. 
Excluded from warrantee is normal wear and tear and the fading or wearing off of anodizing colors on our products. 
To submit claims for warranty simply email us at support@oneupcomponents.com. Once authorized by OneUp components, we will send you a return authorization(RA) number and return shipping information based on your location. You must get an RA number before returning any product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to us but we will cover shipment of replacement product back to you.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES 
We accept returns or exchanges of any unused OneUp Component product within 30 days after the shipping date. 
Original proof of purchase and unopened original packaging will be required to authorize payment. Once you are approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Freight Damage: Products arriving damaged in shipping is a ‘non-warranty issue’ and claims must be made to OneUp Components support department within 3 business days of receiving product. Digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. Please be sure to sign for the package(s) as ‘damaged’. Upon authorization to return the damaged product, all returns must be made to OneUp Components within 30 days of delivery.
